苦丁茶挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

【摘要】 目的 研究苦丁茶挥发油的化学成分。方法 用水蒸气蒸馏法从苦丁茶中提取挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱分析,结合计算机检索技术和人工检索对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归—化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果分离和鉴定了18种成分,占挥发油的70.63%。结论 苦丁茶挥发油的主要成分为单萜、二萜、2—庚烯醛、苯甲醛、苯甲醇、苯乙醇等。

【Abstract】 Ojbective Study on the chemical constituents of the essential oil from Ilex Kudingcha. Methods The essential oil was ob-tained by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents in the essentialoil were determined by area nomalization. Results 18 chemical constituents were identified representing 70. 63% of the total contents.Conclustion The main constituents have been found to monoterpenes, diterpene, 2-Heptenal, Benzaldehyde, Benzyl Alcohol, Phe-nylethyl Alcohol etc in the essential oil from Ilex Kudingcha.
