【Abstract】 Objective To set up the quality standards for Guanxin Danshen Granules(GXDS). Methods The content of anshinoneIIA in GXDS was determined by dual-wavelength TLC-scanning methods. Results The average anshinoneIIA content in GXDS was 0.376 mg/g and the recovery rates were 96.68%. Conclusion It is acurate,reliable with a good reproducibity.更多还原
