【摘要】 目的　采用GC法测定大蒜 β 环糊精包合物中的大蒜素 (二烯丙基三硫化物 )的含量。方法　以 0 .5 %己二酸二乙二醇聚酯为固定相 ,自制 2米玻璃填充柱 ,以正己烷 无水乙醇 (1∶4 )为溶剂 ,采用“超声提取法”处理样品。结果　大蒜素线性范围为 0 .3～ 3.0mg/ml,r =0 .9993,平均回收率为 94 .8% ,RSD =4 .6 1% (n =9) ,最低检测限为 0 .2ng。 结论　本法简便、快速、灵敏 ,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Determination of allicin(diallyl trisulfide) in the allium complex with β-cyclodextrin by GC. Methods Chromatographay was carried out on a glass columm(2m),using a stationary phase of 0.5% polydiethylene glycol adipate. Allicin was extracted by supersonic wave with a mixture solvent hexane-waterless ethanol (1∶4). Results The standard curve was linear within the range of 0.3～3.0 mg/ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.9993. The average recovery was 94.8%,RSD=4.61%(n=9). Conclusion The method was simple,quick,sensitive and reproducible.更多还原
