【摘要】 目的　探讨细胞间隙连接蛋白 4 3(CX4 3)与上皮性卵巢癌化疗疗效 (耐药或敏感 )及临床病理的关系。方法　从 1999年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 6月间临床资料及随访资料完整的卵巢癌病例中 ,筛选出 6 0例原发上皮性卵巢癌和 6例正常卵巢作为研究对象。根据临床诊断将其分为 3组 :①化疗耐药组 30例 ,②化疗敏感组 30例 ,③正常卵巢组 6例。全部病例术前均未接受过放疗 ,入院后均行全子宫和双附件切除 +盆腔淋巴结清扫 +阑尾切除 +大网膜切除术 ,6 6例患者均有随访结果。用流式细胞仪定量分析 6 6例标本组织中CX4 3蛋白的表达量。结果　CX4 3蛋白的表达为化疗耐药组 <化疗敏感组 <正常卵巢组织 ,单向方差分析两两比较结果差异有显著意义。结论　CX4 3蛋白表达量的下降与上皮性卵巢癌的化疗耐药显著相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of connexin 43 (CX43) with the effectiveness of chemotherapy and the histopathology in primary epithelial ovarian carcinoma (PEOC).Methods 60 cases of PEOC (30 sensitive and 30 refractory ones) and 6 normal ovaries were investigated from January 1999 to June 2003. The patients were hospitalized to undergo a radical “clean house” operation, i.e. total hysterectomy and bilateral removal of appendices, appendectomy and omental resection, sweeping off of pelvic lymph nodes. No radiotherapy was administered before the operation. CX43 immunofluorescence expressed in ovarian emulsion was assessed by FCM.Results The order of CX43 level was as: chemotherapy resistant group < chemotherapy sensitive group < normal ovary group (P<0.001).Conclusion The CX43 expression falls remarkably with the development of resistance to chemotherapy in PEOC.更多还原
