【摘要】 目的　改良大鼠胃黏膜壁细胞分离方法。方法　采用链霉蛋白酶消化、间断密度梯度离心纯化大鼠胃黏膜壁细胞。结果　台盼蓝染色 ,细胞存活率大于 95 % ;壁细胞纯度为 80 %～ 85 %。结论　这种分离方法简便易行 ,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the means to isolate gastric parietal cells in rats.Methods Rat gastric parietal cells were isolated by pronase digestion and purified by discontinuous density-gradient centrifugation.Results Trypan blue exclusion demonstrated >95 % viability. The purity of gastric parietal cell preparation was 80%～85%.Conclusion The improved method is simple and practicable, and worth of popularization.更多还原
