【摘要】 目的　评估阴道无张力尿道悬吊术 (TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁 (SUI)临床疗效及其并发症防治。方法　 2 6例女性压力性尿失禁患者采用TVT治疗。结果　 2 6例SUI均得到满意的控尿疗效。 1例患者术后的剩余尿 10 0ml,但主观评价明显改善。随访 6～ 2 8个月 ,无SUI症状复发 ,无排尿困难及尿路感染。结论　TVT是治疗女性压力性尿失禁微创、有效和安全的手术方法之一 ,可以大大减少患者的痛苦和缩短住院时间更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate TVT for the treatment of SUI. Methods 26 cases of female SUI were included in the study. The patients were aged 61 on average and had leakage history for 2～42 years. Tension-free vaginal tape was applied in them to correct the incontinence. Results Clinical improvement was achieved in all of them. Subjective improvement was even reported by one patient who continued to have 100 ml of residual urine after the surgery. Follow-up for 6～28 months showed good results, with no leakage, dysuria or urinary tract infection. Conclusion TVT is a simple, reliable and safe operation, associated with few minor complications and requiring relatively short stay in hospital.更多还原
