【Abstract】 Being a hot issue in the practice of villagers’autonomy, the relationship between the Party branch and villagers’committee has drawn great attention. Based on the developing reality of Chinese countryside, this paper aims at exploring how to resolve the conflict between the Party branch and villagers’committee.
