【Abstract】 This paper points out the county economy in Anhui province have an obviously distance when compared with others provinces. It is obviously the financial service is not sufficient. This thesis analyses the reasons, which includes the mass outflow of funds in county economy?the demand of loan can not be met and the poor credit circumstance.
