【Abstract】 Since the 1990’s, as the deepening of the reform of the economic system and the adjustments of economic structure, the rural labor force exodus has started a considerable increase. This disquisition expatiated the status quo of rural labor force exodus in China. Based on this, we had analyzed the basic factors that had influenced the labor force exodus. We hope, though all these work, we can provide theoretical consultation for the future government management. Also, it could conduce the enactment of political statute for labor force exodus.更多还原
