【Abstract】 Since promulgation and practice of the Law of Regional Ethnic Autonomy of China, it has provided powerful lawful guarantee for the development and advancement of Tibetan society. The law of regional ethnic autonomy has gained earnest implementation in Tibet, which guarantees Tibetan people fully exercising all kinds of autonomous powers, and which greatly pushes forward the fast development of Tibetan economic society. Owing to that, Tibet has got tremendous achievement in politics, economy, culture, as well as construction of law, and the social development has entered the best age in history.
