【摘要】 目的　研究卵巢癌组织NFkB家族蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法　采用免疫组化方法检测卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤和卵巢癌中NFkB蛋白的表达。结果　在卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤和卵巢癌中NFkB的阳性表达率分别为 3 3 3 %、3 7 5 %和 65 % ;在卵巢癌组织 ,p65核染色阳性与分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及肿瘤大小明显相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　NFkB与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关 ;NFkB可望成为判断卵巢癌预后新的标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinic meaning o f NFkB family proteins in ovarian tumor tissues. Methods Twen ty patients with primary ovarian epithelial cancer, 8 with borderline epithelial tumor, 12 with benign epithelial tumor and 5 with normal ovarian tissue were in cluded in this study. Expression of NFkB/p65 in ovarian benign epithelial tumors 、borderline epithelial tumors and malignant epithelial tumors was determined by immunohistochemistry.Result The positive rate of p65 express ion in ovarian benign epithelial tumors、borderline epithelial tumors and malign ant epithelial tumors, the positive rates was 33.3%、 37.5% and 65% respective ly; there was a close relationship between the positive rate of NFkB/p65 with cl inical stages、histological differentiation、lymph node metastasisand tumor size in ovarian cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion It was conclude d that NFkB affected the growth and development of ovarian cancer cells. NFkB ma y be expected to be a new marker in the observation of prognosis.更多还原
