【摘要】 目的　探讨营养支持治疗在重症急性胰腺治疗中的作用。方法　 2 3例重症急性胰腺炎病例行TPN +EN的阶梯性营养支持 (实验组 ) ,并与 2 2例行胃肠外营养支持 (对照组 )进行对比研究。结果　试验组住院时间 (4 0 5± 2 0 2 )d ,平均医疗费用 (1 8± 0 2 )万元 ;对照组住院时间 (62 4± 2 1 1)d ,平均医疗费用 (2 6± 0 2 )万元。结论　营养支持治疗在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中十分重要 ,阶梯性营养支持治疗可以缩短住院时间 ,降低医疗费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of nutritional support on th e severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 23 patients with severe acute pancreatitis receiving “TPN+EN stage nutritiona support”(experimental gr oup) and 22 ones receving TPN (control group) were compared. Results In experimental group the mean time in hospital was (40.5±20.2) days , and the mean spending was (18±2) thousand yuan. In control group the mean tim e in hospital was (62.4±21.1) days, and the mean spending was (26±2) thousan d yuan.
