【摘要】 目的　探讨广东地区无汞接触史的健康成年男、女尿汞的正常参考值上限。方法　收集某牛奶公司等单位职工中无汞接触史 ,经健康体检正常的成人男女一次性尿样 ;以某照明有限公司等单位的汞作业接触者作对照组。用冷原子吸收光谱法 -酸性氯化亚锡还原法测定尿汞含量。结果　正常人群尿汞含量 95 %上限值为 7 0 0 μg/L ;60 8例男女无汞接触史的健康成人尿汞含量基本接近 ,两者差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;汞作业接触者尿汞含量与正常人尿汞含量比较 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　根据本次调查结果 ,建议广东地区尿汞正常参考值上限为 10 0 0 μg/L(5 0nmol/L)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the normal upper limi t of urine mercury in non-mercury exposed workers in Guangdong province. Methods Urine mercury was analyzed in 608 healthy workers who were not occupationally exposed to mercury and in 281 mercury exposed workers w ith cold atomic absorption spectrometric method-Ⅱacidic stannous chloride redu ction method. Results The upper limit in 608 non-mercury samples were 7.00 μg/L with no significant difference between men and women (P>0.05). A very significant difference was also found in term of value of urine mercury between the workers who expose d to mercury or not in their work(P<0.01). Conclusion The normal value of urine mercury is reco mmended to be 10.00 μg/L (50 nmol/L) in healthy residents in Guangdong prov ince.更多还原
