【摘要】 目的 :探讨不孕症合并子宫内膜异位症病人应用促性腺素释放素类似物 (GnRH A)联合体外受精 (IVF)的妊娠效果。方法 :5例子宫内膜异位症 ,其中 3例为子宫肌腺病。先使用GnRH A治疗3～ 6mo ,待月经来潮后采用促性腺激素超排卵治疗 ,卵泡成熟后采卵 ,常规体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)。结果 :发现排卵期血催乳素 (PRL)增高 ,治疗后 5例妊娠 ,住院保胎 ,3例足月妊娠分娩 ,2例流产。结论 :子宫内膜异位症合并不孕症应用GnRH A治疗 3～ 6mo后IVF效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To explore pregnancy results of infertility in endometriosis with gonadorelin release hormone analogue (GnRH A) in combination with in vitro fertilization (IVF). METHODS: In 5 patients, 3 patients suffered from adenomyosis. They were treated with GnRH A for 3 6 mo at first, once the patients’s menstruation was coming and they were used controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). When their follicles grow up to maturation, they were picked up and done IVF and embryo transfer. RESULTS: During ovulation, their PRL in blood insereased. All of patients got pregnancy and stayed in hospital for keeping embryos. Among them, 3 patients naturally labored and 2 patients aborted. CONCLUSION: IVF will be more effective after 3 6 mo treatment of infertility in endometriosis with GnRH A.更多还原
