【摘要】 目的 :观察国产卡维地洛治疗轻、中度高血压病的临床疗效和安全性并与美托洛尔做对照比较。方法 :14 4例轻、中度高血压病人随机分为卡维地洛组与美托洛尔组各 72例 ,分别用卡维地洛 10～ 2 0mg ,po ,bid与美托洛尔 2 5～ 5 0mg ,po ,bid ,共 6wk。结果 :卡维地洛组总有效率 81% ,显效率4 4% ;美托洛尔组总有效率 72 % ,显效率 36 % ;2组疗效比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2组wk 6末心率与治疗前相比均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。卡维地洛组wk 6末动态血压监测的SBP和DBP的T/P值分别为 6 1.2 %和 5 0 .3%。wk 6末卡维地洛组尿微量蛋白降低明显 ,与治疗前相比有显著差异 ,与wk 6末美托洛尔组相比亦有非常显著差异(P <0 .0 1)。 2组不良反应的发生率分别为 19%及 18% ,均较轻微。结论 :国产卡维地洛治疗轻、中度高血压病有效、安全、并对肾脏有很好的保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe clinical efficacy and safety of carvedilol in treating essential hypertension and compare with metoprolol. METHODS:One hundred and four-forty patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were divided into:carvedilol group (n=72;(61±s 7)a ) received carvedilol 10-20 mg, po, bid and metoprolol group (n=72;(62±8)a ) received metoprolol 25-50 mg, po, bid, for 6 wk. RESULTS: The total effective rates were 81 % for carvedilol group, and 72 % for metoprolol group, respectively. The obvious effctive rates were 44 % for carvedilol group, and 36 % for metoprolol group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05). After 6 wk treatment, the heart rates of all patients were significantly decreased. At the end of wk 6 the T/P of SBP and DBP of ABPM were 61.2 % and 50.3 % in carvedilol group and microalbuminuria was significantly decreased. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The most adverse reactions were 19 %, 18 %, respectively, but mild and tolerable. CONCLUSION:Carvedilol is effective, safe in treating mild to moderate essential hypertension, and there is a good protective action to nephros.更多还原
