【摘要】 目的 :探讨射频治疗肝癌术的护理及随访。方法 :分析经皮肝穿刺多弹头射频技术治疗肝癌 30例护理问题及对策。结果 :本组 30例患者 ,焦虑 2 6例 (86 7% ) ,睡眠障碍 19例 (6 3 6 % ) ,剧烈疼痛 12例 (40 % ) ,心律失常 6例 (2 0 % ) ,恶心、呕吐 4例 (13 3% ) ,发热 14例 (46 7% ) ,尿少 2例 (6 7% ) ;术后随访 3个月 ,自觉症状、食欲明显改善 ,肝癌肿瘤体积均有不同程度的缩小 ,瘤体内血供基本消失 ,AFP下降 ,肝功能酶谱及胆红素恢复正常 ,体重增加。结论 :多弹头射频技术治疗肝癌微创、安全可靠、效果满意 ,术前做好心理指导和睡眠指导 ,术中精心操作 ,严密监测 ,详细观察 ,术后精心护理 ,有助于患者的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the key of nursing care and follow-up from the data of 30 patients under percutaneous transhepatic hepatocarcinoma ablation with radiofrequency by using a clustered electrode technique.Methods:30 patients with hepatic carcinoma treated with radiofrequency ablation were observed and their main nursing care problems during hospitalization and three-month follow-up were recorded.Results:Of the 30 cases, 26(86.7%) suffered from anxiety, 19(63.3%) had insomnia,12(40%) intense pain,6(20%) arrhythmia,4(13.3%) nausea and vomiting,14(46.7%) run a fever and 2(6.7%) had oliguria. During the three-month follow-up,all symptoms disappeared, their appetite improved, tumor size decreased to different extent, the tumor blood supplement disappeared,the AFP levels reduced,the level of liver-relating enzymes and the bilirubin returned to normal range and their body weights gained.Conclusion:The therapy of radiofrequency by using a clustered electrode technique for hepatic carcinoma is minimally invasive, safe and effective. It is necessary for recovery with appropriate preoperative psychologic and sleep instruction, careful operation and strict monitoring as well as elaborate nursing postoperatively.更多还原
