【摘要】 目的 :为临床治疗提供解剖学依据。方法 :通过 78例颅骨标本 ,观测卵圆孔的形态、大小、深度及其周围结构与卵圆孔穿刺路径的关系。结果 :卵圆孔呈椭圆形、圆形、梨形、肾形 ,孔相对较大 ,容易穿刺 ;卵圆孔呈长条形 ,孔扁小 ,穿刺难度大。卵圆孔管道短 ,穿刺针方向容易偏斜 ,卵圆孔管道长 ,穿刺针方向比较固定 ,不易偏斜。结论 :卵圆孔的解剖特点在射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的卵圆孔穿刺中对穿刺的准确性有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide anatomic data for clinic theraphy.MethodsThe relation between the shape, size, depth about side structure and puncture of the foramen ovale cranium was observed and measured in 156 sides of 78 adult skulls. Results:When the foramen ovale craniumappears on the round shape,pear shape, and kidney shape, the hole diameter of foramen ovale is bigger comparely and the puncture is easier.When the foramen ovale cranium appears on long shape the hole diameter is less comparely and the puncture is more difficult. When the tube of the foramen ovale cranium is shore, the puncture forword in incline come easier. When the tube of the foramen ovale cranium is longer, its puncture is easier fix.Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]The anatomic character of foramen ovale cranium in chinese people have the important value on the puncture’s accuracy in radiofrequency thermocoagulation for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.更多还原
