【摘要】 目的 :探讨厚层单次激发在MR水成像中的应用价值。方法 :采用GE 1 5TMRI扫描机 ,厚层单次激发 (thickslicesingle shot)成像技术做MRU检查 1 1例 ,MRCP检查 2 8例。结果 :1 1例MRU检查中 2例未见异常 ,其余病例及 2 8例MRCP检查均较满意地显示了梗阻部位和尿路或胆管扩张的形态。结论 :本方法成像时间短 ,图像质量高 ,可为临床诊断和治疗提供有益的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the values of thick slab single-shot technique in MR hydrography.Methods:Thick slab single-shot technique was used in MR hydrography at GE 1.5T MR scanner.11 cases MR urograqphy (MRU) was performed and in by which 28 cases MR cholangiopancreatography (MRCP).Results:In 11 cases of MRU,2 cases were normal,and therest clearly revealed the obstructed site and dilatation of urinary tract;while all 28 cases of MRCP well showed obstructed site and dilatation of biliary ducts.Conclusion:This method provides simple and rapid imaging with high quality,and can provide important and very helpful information for clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.更多还原
