【摘要】 目的 :探讨小儿肺内炎性病变的超声诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析住院治疗确诊的 31例小儿肺内炎性病变的声像图特征并随访观察。结果 :31例中大叶性肺炎 2 1例 ,肺脓肿 9例 ,肺炎性假瘤 1例 ,均经超声诊断后经病理或随访证实。结论 :对于累及胸膜的小儿肺内炎性病变 ,超声能弥补X线检查的不足 ,能及时、准确做出诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the feasibility in diagnosing intra-pulmonary inflammatory diseases(PID) by ultrasound.Methods:The ultrasonographic features of thirty-one patients of PID were studied retrospectively.Results:Among them, lobar pneumonia was in 21, lung abscess in 9 and pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor in 1. All patients were confirmed by pathology and follow-up.Conclusion:Ultrasonic examination is helpful to diagnose PID when not be definited by X-ray.更多还原
