【摘要】 目的 :观察肌瘤消颗粒调节子宫平滑肌运动的作用 ,探讨其治疗子宫肌瘤出血的药效。方法 :(1 )豚、大鼠经Fujii造模后 ,随机分为空白对照组 ,肌瘤消颗粒高、中、低剂量组和桂枝茯苓胶囊组 ,观察肌瘤消颗粒对在体和离体平滑肌的调节作用 ;(2 )分组同前 ,观察肌瘤消颗粒对正常同种大鼠和家兔子宫平滑肌的调节作用。结果 :(1 )肌瘤消颗粒对造模后大鼠离体在体子宫平滑肌有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 0 1 ) ;(2 )能调节正常大鼠和家兔的子宫平滑肌运动 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :肌瘤消颗粒能调节子宫平滑肌运动 ;对子宫肌瘤引起的出血有较好治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate bleeding value of the Ji-Liu-Xiao infusion by observing the regulate movements of uterine smooth muscle. Methods: (1) To observe the movements of uterine smooth muscle, either in vivo, or isolated after Fujii’s method in guinea pigs by dividing high, middle, low dosage Gui-zhi-fu-lin capsule and contrast group. (2) To observe the movements of uterine smooth muscle in normal rats and rabbit. Results: (1) Ji-Liu-Xiao infusion had a distinct inhibitory effect on uterine smooth muscle, either in vivo, or isolated myona-patterned rats,P<0.01. (2) Ji-Liu-Xiao infusion can regulate the movements of uterine smooth muscle of the guinea pigs and rabbit normal,P<0.01.Conclusion: Jin-Liu-Xiao infusion can regulate the movements of uterine smooth muscle; It had distinctly effects of the bleeding on leiomyoma of uterus.更多还原
