【摘要】 目的 :探讨中医古方愈疡散对大鼠实验性胃溃疡愈合质量的影响。方法 :用冰醋酸法制备大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型 ,设空白对照组、假手术组、西药对照组、愈疡散大剂量组、愈疡散小剂量组、胃溃疡模型组 ,共六组。实验结束后 ,用苏木精 -伊红染色 ,并对大鼠再生胃粘膜厚度进行观察 ,严格按照 6 酮 前列腺素F1α的试剂盒说明检测大鼠血浆中的 6 酮 前列腺素F1α的含量变化。结果 :愈疡散大剂量组、小剂量组的再生胃粘膜厚度明显高于胃溃疡模型组 (P <0 0 5) ;愈疡散大剂量组、小剂量组血浆 6 酮 前列腺素F1α含量与空白对照组、假手术组的含量接近 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5) ,明显高于胃溃疡模型组和西药对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :愈疡散能提高大鼠实验性胃溃疡的愈合质量更多还原
