【摘要】 目的 :通过测定脑卒中患者血清和脑脊液中载脂蛋白E(ApoE)浓度 ,对疾病的诊断及预后作初步判断。方法 :测定100例健康人和67例脑卒中患者 (其中脑梗死38例、脑出血29例 )治疗前后血清和脑脊液中ApoE浓度。结果 :脑卒中患者血清ApoE浓度(43.8±7.2)mg/L ,比健康人(37.6±6.1)mg/L显著升高 (P<0.01) ,脑卒中患者治疗前后血清ApoE浓度无显著性变化 ,治疗后显效组(7.4±1.1)mg/L和有效组(7.2±1.0)mg/L脑脊液ApoE浓度均比无效组(5.9±0.9)mg/L有显著性升高 (P<0.01)。结论 :血清和脑脊液中ApoE浓度可作为诊断脑卒中及判断预后的一项有效指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To measure the concentration of apolipoprotein E(ApoE) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in patients with cerebral apoplexy,so as to make a primary judgment on the diagnosis and prognosis of this disease.Methods:The concentration of ApoE in serum and CSF in 100 healthy controls and 67 patients with cerebral apoplexy(including 38 cerebral infarction and 29 cerebral hemorrhage)before and after treatment was measured respectively.Results:The serum concentration of ApoE in patients with cerebral apoplexy was(43.8±±7.2)mg/L,which was significantly higher than(37.6±6.1)mg/L in healthy controls(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the serum concentration of ApoE in patients with cerebral apoplexy before and after treatment.The CSF concentration of ApoE in patients with good curative effect after treatment was significantly higher than that in the ineffection group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The concentration of ApoE in serum and CSF can be used as a valuable index in diagnosing the cerebral apoplexy and judging its prognosis.更多还原
