【摘要】 目的 :探讨经尿道电气化切除术治疗女性膀胱颈部梗阻的效果。方法 :回顾分析25例经尿道电气化切割术治疗女性膀胱颈部梗阻的临床资料。16例有长期下尿路感染史 (64 %) ,伴有膀胱后尿道炎10例 (40 %) ,后尿道息肉2例 (8 %) ,尿道肉阜7例(28 %) ,均同时气化切除。随访12～48个月 (平均30个月 )。结果 :术后排尿症状评分、最大尿流率 (Qmax)、剩余尿量均得到显著改善。无尿失禁及尿瘘等严重并发症发生。膀胱尿道镜复查未见异常。结论 :经尿道电气化切割术治疗女性膀胱颈部梗阻 ,疗效确切 ,损伤轻微 ,可同时清除伴有病灶减少复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of transurethral electrovaporization(TUEV)in the treatment of female bladder neck obstrucˉtion.Methods:The clinical data of25cases with female bladder neck obstruction treated by transurethral electrovaporization were analysed retroˉspectively.16cases(64%)had the history of lower urinary tract infection,19cases(76%)suffered fromorther accompanying lesions at bladder or ureter simultaneously.The accompanying lesions at bladder or ureter were also removed at the same time.The follow-up period was months(mean30months)after operation.Results:Postoperatively,the IPSS score,Qmax and residual urine of25cases were significantly imˉproved.Serious complication was not found.Cystoscopic examinations were normal.Conclusion:Transurethral electrovaporization for treating female bladder neck obstruction can get definite effect,with a slight injury.What is more,it may simulaneously remove accompanying foci for reducing the relapse.更多还原
