【摘要】 目的 :观察维生素D3 和葡萄糖酸钙对佝偻病的治疗作用。方法 :把佝偻病患儿分为非药物治疗对照组 (Ⅰ )、维生素D3治疗组 (Ⅱ )和维生素D3 加葡萄糖酸钙治疗组 (Ⅲ ) ,分别测定治疗前后血钙 (Ca)、磷 (P)、镁 (Mg)、碱性磷酸酶 (TALP)。结果 :佝偻病患儿Ⅱ、Ⅲ组治疗后 ,血Ca、P、Mg有所提高 ,TALP明显降低 ,并以Ⅲ组为明显 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组治疗前后各指标经t检验差异有显著性(P<0 01)。结论 :维生素D3 葡萄糖酸钙对佝偻病都有较好治疗作用 ,两药联合使用 ,效果更好。维生素D3 和葡萄糖酸钙在防治佝偻病方面存在协同作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of vitamin D 3 and calciumgluconate for rickets.Methods:The sick children with rickets were divided into control group I,treatment groupⅡ(vitamin D 3 treatment group)and treatment groupⅢ(vitamin D 3 plus calcium gluconate treatment group).The level of blood Ca、P、Mg and TALP was determined respectively before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment of rickets in the groupⅡ、Ⅲ,the level of blood Ca、P and Mg was increased fairly and TALP decreased obviously,especially in groupⅢ.There was significant difference in all indices before and after treatment among three groups.Conclusion:The curative effect of both vitamin D 3 and calcium gluconate on rickets is quit good,combined use of themis much more better.Vitamin D 3 and calciumgluconate possess a synergic role in prvention and treatment of rickets.更多还原
