【摘要】 目的 :探讨带锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨折的疗效。方法 :自2000年开始应用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨、胫骨骨折48例 ,其中男35例 ,女13例 ,新鲜骨折40例 ,陈旧骨折8例。结果 :48例随访半年～1年 ,骨折均获满意愈合 ,其中1例发生主钉断裂 ,1例发生锁钉断裂 ,但骨折未发生移位 ,经治疗 ,骨折顺利愈合。结论 :带锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨折具有创伤小、固定坚强、骨折愈合率高、感染率低、应力遮挡少等优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of lower limb fracture.Methods:48patients with femur or tibia fracture from2000were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,in which35cases were male and13cases female,40cases were newfracture and8old fracture.Results:48cases were followed up for6～12months,in which intramedullary nail broke in1case,lock-screw broke in1case,both were smoothly cured after treatment.The others obtained satisfactory effect.Conclusion:Interlocking inˉtramedullary nail for treating lower limb fracture possesses the following advantages,such as little damnification,reliable fixation,entire concresˉcence,lower rate of infection,lower resistant of stress and so on.更多还原
