【摘要】 目的 :了解慢性肾衰竭 (CRF)误诊为贫血的主要原因 ,作为今后工作的借鉴。方法 :对1990～2001年本科病房住院的CRF误诊为贫血的46例病人进行回顾性分析 ,主要从病人和医生两方面来寻找误诊的原因。结果 :在病人方面 ,依据贫血就医、对轻微症状的忽视及经济条件的限制是误诊的主要原因 ;在医生方面 ,满足于症状诊断 ,忽视了伴随症状而不作相关检查是误诊的主要原因。结论 :误诊的根本原因在医生方面 ,医生应该在理论水平、医疗技术、思想方法、医德医风等方面不断地改进和提高自己 ,尽量避免误诊更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the main cause of chronic renal failure(CRF)misdiagnosed as anemia and to use for reference in the work ahead.Methods:46cases with CRF misdiagnosed as anemia from1999to2001admitted in our department were analyzed retrospectively,the main misdiagnostic cause was looked for fromthe patients and doctors.Results:At the respect of patients suffering anemia,the negligence of slight symptom and confinement of poor economic conditions were the main misdiagnostic cause;At the respect of doctor restrained to symptomatic diˉagnosis,the negligence of accompanying symptom and lack of further inspection were the main cause.Conclusion:The misdiagnostic cause is esˉsential in the respect of doctors,so all the doctors must continually raise themselves in the theoretical level,medical technics,ideal style and medical morality to avoid mistake.更多还原
