【摘要】 目的 :观察速效救心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机对照的方法 ,分为治疗组83例和对照组33例 ,治疗组予速效救心丸 ,对照组予复方丹参片 ,4周后观察2组治疗前后临床症状和体征、心电图、血流变学及硝酸甘油用量等的变化情况。结果 :速效救心丸在心绞痛总有效率 ,心绞痛发作次数 ,持续时间等方面优于复方丹参片 ,且未发现该药有明显不良反应。结论 :速效救心丸是一种疗效确切而安全的治疗冠心病 ,心绞痛的药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of suxiaojiuxinwan for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:All116patients were randomly divided into two groups,83cases in the treatment group were given suxiaojiuxinwan,33cases in the control group were given fufangdanshenpian for4weeks.The varieties of clinical symptom,sign,ECG,hemorrheology and dosage of nitroglycerin in two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:The suxiaojiuxinwan was superior to fufangdanshenpian in total rate of efficiency,cutting down the frequency of angina pectoris and persisting time.The obvious adverse reaction was not found in the course of the treatment by suxiaojiˉuxinwan.Conclusion:Suxiaojiuxinwan is a safe and available drug for treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.更多还原
