【摘要】 目的 :观察小梁切除术后角膜散光的变化 ,并分析其原因。方法 :对55例68眼行小梁切除术 ,测量术前及术后不同时期的眼压 ,角膜散光度数及轴向。结果 :术后1周眼压最低 ,散光度数量大 ,循规性散光增加 ,逆规性散光减少 ,无散光状态消失 ,与术前相比 ,差异有非常显著性 (P<0.01)。2周后循规性散光减少 ,逆现性散光增加 ,1月时间基本稳定 ,但循规性散光和无散光状态与术前相比仍有非常显著性 (P<0.01)。结论 :小梁切除术后角膜散光以循规性散光为主 ,其主要原因为手术创伤和眼压变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes of corneal astigmatism after trabeculectomy and analyse the causes.Methods:Sixty-eight eyes undergone trabeculectomy were measured intraocular pressure, corneal astigmatism and axial direction of different periods of preoperation and postoperation. Results:The intraocular pressure was the minimum,the astigmatism degree was the maximum, the direct astigmatism increased greatly but the indirect astigmatism decreased,non-astigmatism disappeared at the first postoperative week compared with those in the preoperation,there was significant difference(P<0.01) The direct astigmatism decreased and the indirect astigmatism increased at the second postoperative week,and they were stable at the first postoperative month.The direct astigmatism and non-astigmatism had significant differences compared with those in the preoperation(P<0 01).Conclusion:Direct astigmatism is the main astigmatism after trabeculectomy,and operative injury and the varieties of intraocular pressure are the main reasons.更多还原
