【摘要】 目的 :调查贵阳市属中学1402名教师及退休教师的代谢综合征及相关疾病的患病情况。方法 :采用测血压 ,量身高体重并计算体重指数 ,测定空腹血糖、甘油三脂和高密度脂蛋白。将所得结果作统计学处理。结果 :共查出443例代谢综合征患者 ,总患病率为31 60 % ,50～59岁和60～69岁年龄段患病人数最多 ,占患病人数的73 36 %。高血压、超重、肥胖、高甘油三脂血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症和糖尿病的发病率分别为 :43 30 %、47 65 %、31 95 %、39 23 %、3 28 %和5 14 % ,亦以中老年人为高。结论 :贵阳市属中学的中老年教师及退休教师的代谢综合征及相关疾病的患病率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related diseases among1402teachers and retired teachers of Guiyang municipal middle schools.Methods:Blood presure(BP),body mass index(BMI),the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglycerides(TG)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)were measured in these teachers.Results:443(31.60%)metabolic syndrome cases were diagnosed in these teachers.The prevalence rate of this disease was higher from50to69years of age(the rate73.36%).The prevalent rates of the hypertension,overweihgt,obesity,hypertriglyceridemia,hypo-high-density lipoprotein cholesterolemia and diabetes were43.30%,47.65%,31.95%,39.23%,3.28%and5.14%respectively,These diseases were more in the elderly too.Conclusion:The prevalence rates of metabolic syndrome and its related diseases were rather high in elderly teachers and retired teacherts in Guiyang municipal middle schools.更多还原
