【摘要】 目的 :为了提高尿红细胞形态检查的应用价值 ,寻找一种简便而有效的判定方法。方法 :用普通光学显微镜观察了64例各类型的肾小球性疾病病人和79例非肾小球性疾病病人的血尿标本 ,并用畸形、畸/环形、环形、正形四种方式进行判定其形态。结果 :用畸形、畸/环形诊断肾小球性血尿的敏感性和特异性分别为78 5 %和95 5 %、13 9 %和60 5 % ;用正形、环形诊断肾小球血尿的敏感性和特异性分别为59 2 %和95 9 %、25 %和76 9 %。结论 :该法能有效区别肾小球与非肾小球性血尿 ,能给临床应用一个明确的判断指征 ,是一种简便而又有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to improve the clinical application value of examination of red cell morphology in urine,and to seek a conˉvenient and effective judgment method.Methods:Hematuria samples taken from64patients with all types of glomerular disease and79patients without glomerular disease were observed by ordinary optical microscope,and four kinds of manner,namely abnormality,abnormality/circular shape,circular shape and correct shape,were used to judge their conformation.Results:Sensibility and specificity of diagnostic glomerular hemaˉturia obtained by abnormality were78.5%and95.5%respectively,and13.9%and60.5%respectively by abnormality/circular shape,and59.2%and95.9%respectively by correct shape,and25%and76.9%respectively by circular shape.Conclusion:This method can effectively distinguish between glomerular hematuria and non-glomerular hematuria,and provide a definite diagnostic indication in the clinical application,therefore it is a convenient and effective method.更多还原
