【摘要】 目的 :通过对腰—硬膜外联合麻醉与单纯连续硬膜外麻醉在子宫全切术中的应用 ,评价临床应用价值。方法 :对60例拟行子宫全切术的患者术前随机等分为实验组 (腰—硬膜外法 )与对照组 (连续硬膜外法) ,对两组患者的麻醉效果、术中反应、术后不良症状等进行统计学比较。结果 :腰—硬膜外联合麻醉与单纯连续硬膜外麻醉在阻滞平面 (T8)的显效时间、阻滞最大下界、术中子宫牵拉反应等方面差异有显著性 (P<0 01) ,在局麻药用量、肌肉松弛等方面差异也有较显著性 (P<0 05)。结论 :腰—硬膜外联合麻醉安全简便 ,效果确切 ,具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the curative effect between combination of lumbar anesthesia and epidaral anesthesia and simple continuous epidural anesthesia,and to evaluate the clinical applied value of combination of lumbar anesthesia and epidural anesthesia.Methods:60 patients drafted for total hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group(lumbar-epidural method) and control group(continuous epidural method).The anesthetic effect,intraoperative reaction and postoperative unfortunate symptom were statistically compared between them.Results:There were significant differences in the apparent time of blocking plane,maximum blocking lower border and referred reaction of intraoperative unterine between the two groups(P<0 01),also differences in medicinal dosage and muscular relaxation between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of lumbar anesthesia and epidural anesthesia for total hysterectomy is really efficacious,simple and safe,with an important clinical value.更多还原
