【摘要】 目的 :治疗大面积深度的烧伤创面 ,解决自体皮来源紧张 ,减轻供皮区疤痕增生 ,同时又改善植皮区外观和功能。方法 :应用无细胞真皮基质与自体微粒皮复合移植应用于4例切削痂的烧伤创面。结果 :未发现排斥反应。创面愈合全自体微粒皮覆盖无细胞真皮基质反映了自体表皮在迁移、增植和扩展过程中的特殊性。与对照组部位相比 ,未见明显差异。结论 :到目前为止 ,观察3个月内 ,自体微粒皮、自体薄皮片与无细胞真皮基质复合移植后外观和功能等同 ,并优于单纯刃厚自体皮移植。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of extensive deep burn wound,so as to probe the best curative method for solving the difficulty of autogenous skin source,abating the cicatricial hyperplasia of donor skin site and improving the appearance and function of transplantation site.Methods:Compound transplantation of acellular dermal stroma and autogenous microne skin was used for 4 cases with burn wound of resectional crust.Results:Reject reaction was not found in all patients.The healing of burn wound by adopting compound transplantation of acellular dermal stroma and autogenous microne skin was specific in the course of autogenous epidermal movement,multiplication and extension.Compared with the site of control group,the difference was not significant.Conclusion:Under close observation of 3 months,the appearance and function after grafting are equal between autogenous microne skin and autogenous thin skin graft with compound transplantation of acellualar dermal stroma,which are superior to simple autogenous thick skin transplantation.更多还原
