【摘要】 目的 :回顾性分析经血液透析联合十二指肠乳头切开术治疗重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)患者的护理方法。方法 :在血液透析(CVVH)和十二指肠乳头切开术 (EST)治疗SAP时采用针对性的术前、术中、术后的护理方法。结果 :经CVVH联合EST治疗 ,所有患者临床症状和体征以及各项辅助检测指标都得到了明显地改善 ,从而使患者在经济上和身心健康都得到受益。结论 :CVVH联合EST是对重症急性胰腺炎治疗的有效措施之一 ,同时提出内镜专科护士应具备完整的内、外科系统理论知识 ,全面了解手术的每一步 ,加强在术前、术中、术后的心理护理 ,使SAP患者早日康复 ,联合治疗的方法具有安全、可靠、无创、简便、并发症发生率低 ,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the nursing method of continuous venovenous hemofiltration(CVVH) combined with endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST) in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Mehtods:The pre-,intra-and postoperative nursing methods were respectively adopted in treating severe acute pancreatitis by continuous venovenous hemofiltration combined with endoscopic sphincterotomy.Results:By means of CVVH combined with EST,all patients clinical symptom,sign and all kinds of assistant examination parameters were ameliorated markedly,so therapeutic measures above-mentioned benefited patients’economy,body and mind health.Conclusion:CVVH combined with EST is one of the potent therapeutic measures for severe acute pancreatitis,with safety,simplicity,non-trauma,reliability and no or less complication.At the same time,it demand that the special nurses must possess whole knowledge to deal with confronted questions.更多还原
