【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜在腹部非胆囊手术中的临床应用价值。方法 :回顾分析应用腹腔镜直接或在胆囊切除术时联合行阑尾切除术、肝囊肿开窗引流术、腹腔粘连松解术、精索静脉高位结扎术等手术的临床资料。结果 :62例手术 (其中联合行LC47例 ) ,均在腹腔镜下完成 ,无中转开腹手术 ,术后无胆漏、出血等严重并发症发生 ,住院4～10天 ,均治愈出院 ,随访3～6月 ,恢复良好 ,无复发及其它特殊情况出现。结论 :腹腔镜不仅可以完成胆囊切除术 ,还可以直接或联合完成其它脏器的手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery for abdominal diease except LC.Methods:The clinical data of appendectomy,fenestration of hepatic cyst,release of intestinal adhesion,ligation of varicoceles etc,which were treated singly or combined with LC were reviewed.Results:62 cases(inclued 48 cases which is combined with LC) were totally accomplished with laparoscopic without transferred.All the patients were cure without severe accomplications such as blood lose or biliary lose.The mean hospitalization was 4 to 10 days.None of the complication could be traced ofter follow-up for 3 to 6 monthes.Conclusion:The using of laparoscopic can not only accomplish LC,but also be used singly or combined to treat other abdominal disease.This makes it very important to broadening in abdomical surgery.更多还原
