【摘要】 目的 :应用Vitapex糊剂为乳牙根管充填剂 ,治疗乳磨牙牙髓 -根周炎 ,观察其治疗疗效。方法 :随机将所治疗的乳磨牙牙髓 -根周炎297颗乳磨牙分为两组 ,实验组146颗牙用Vitapex糊剂、对照组151颗牙用氧化锌丁香油酚 (ZOE)糊剂进行充填。结果 :Vitapex糊剂组治疗的成功率高于对照组 ,根管治疗术后3个月、1年、2年进行复查 ,Vitapex糊剂组与对照组治疗的成功率分别为98.6 %、88.2 % ;96.3 %、82.3 % ;92 %、80.2 %。两组治疗效果比较差异有显著性 (P<0.05)。结论 :Vitapex糊剂可有效抑制根管内残留病菌 ,防止再度感染 ,同时能被组织吸收 ,置换肉芽组织 ,诱导骨组织新生 ,可加快根尖周组织的愈合。Vitapex糊剂较氧化锌丁香油酚糊剂充填根管具有更好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Using Vitapex paste as filling material for root canal of milk tooth,I cure milk grinder’s dental pulp-periapical infection,and observe its effect.Methods:297 milk grinders are divided into two groups,146 ones are filled with Vitapex paste in test group,there are 151 ones filled with ZOE paste in contrast group.Results:The successful rate in test group is higher than the contrast group.Checking after pulp canal therapy for three months,one year and two years,I get the rates of the test group Vs the contrast group,they are:98.6%:88.2%;96.3%:82.3%;92%:80.2%.The effective treatments of the two groups exist notable difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitapex paste can effectively control residual germs in root canal, prevent from infection again, meanwhile,can be obsorbed by tissues,replace granulation tissue,induce newborn of bone tissue and quicken periapex to heal.Therefore,comparing with ZOE,Vitapex paste has better clinical effect.更多还原
