氦氖激光血管内照射治疗2型糖尿病并急性脑梗死112例临床观察

【摘要】 目的 :观察氦氖激光血管内照射治疗2型糖尿病并急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :符合2型糖尿病并急性脑梗死诊断标准的患者225例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组112例 ,除用常规治疗外加用氦氖激光血管内照射7~10天 ,每天半小时 ;对照组113例 ,仅用常规治疗三周。结果 :治疗三周后 ,治疗组总有效率93.66 % ,对照组总有效率77.62 % ,两组疗效差异有显著性 (P<0.05) ,治疗后两组空腹血糖、血液粘度差异有显著性 (P<0.05)。两组均无明显的不良反应。结论 :氦氖激光是配合糖尿病并急性脑梗死治疗的重要方法 ,能更有效地降低血粘度、溶栓、降低血糖 ,利于患者康复。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of intravascular irradiation with helium-neon laser for treating type2diabetes complicated by acute cerebral infarction.Methods:225type2diabetes patients complicated by acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:laser irradiation group(n=112)and control group(n=113),received laser irradiation30min daily for7~10days plus routine theˉraphy or routine theraphy only for3weeks respectively.Results:After3week therapy,there was higher effective rate in laser irradiation group,compared with that in control group(93.7%to77.6%,P<0.05);besides,fasting plasma glucose and blood viscosity were decreased signifˉicantly compared with those in control group(P<0.05).No significantly side effect was found in either group.Conclusion:Intravascular irradiation with helium-neon laser can cure diabetes patients complicated by acute cerebral infarction effectively,which not only decreases plasma glucose,blood viscosity and dissolves thrombus,but also is avail to recovery of patients,it is commend to apply abroad.
