【摘要】 目的:探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切术结合大力碎石钳碎石治疗高危前列腺增生并膀胱结石的疗效。方法:采用经尿道前列腺气化电切术结合大力碎石钳碎石治疗高危前列腺增生并膀胱结石患者40例。结果:患者均一次处理成功,手术时间70～120分钟,无膀胱穿孔及电切综合征(TURS),仅4例输血 ,术后IPSS降至8分以下,最大尿流率>15.0ml/s。结论:本术式是治疗高危前列腺增生并膀胱结石的一种安全、高效、并发症少的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of the endourological treatment of combining transurethral electrovaporization of prostate(TUVP)with hendickson lithotrite for high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)complicated with bladder stones.Methods:TUVP and hendickson lithotrite were concomitantly performed for40case of BPH complicated with bladder stones.Results:Of all case,BPH complicated with bladder stones were successfully treated in one operation.No patient occurred TURS and rupture of bladder.Operative time was70～120minutes,only four case needed transfusion.After operation,IPSS droped under8points and the maximum flow rate was over15.0ml/s.Conclusion:Combining TUVP with hendickson lithotrite is a safe and effctive method with less complication for high risk patients with BPH complicated with bladder stones.更多还原
