【摘要】 目的 :评估中西医治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效 ,探索一种治疗慢性前列腺炎的最佳方案。方法 :681例患者随机分成中西医结合组、中医药组及西医组进行治疗。分别评估三组的疗效 ,并作统计学分析。结果 :中西医结合组总有效率为85.6 % ,西医治疗组为71.6 %,中医药组为63.4 % ,前组与后二组之间P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论 :采用中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎可取得满意的疗效 ,明显优于单纯用中医药或西医治疗的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of chronic prostatitis by combination of Chinese and western medicine and search the best method of treatment for chronic prostatitis.Methods:681 cases were treated and divided into three groups at random: combination of Chinese and western medicine for 472 cases、single Chinese medicine for 93 cases and western medicine for 116, then the curative effect was evaluated respectively.Results:The total effective rate is 85.6% in combinational group,significantly higher than 71.6% in single western medicine group and 63.4% in single Chinese medicine group.Conclusion:The treatment method of combining Chinese and western medicine for chronic prostatitis can achieve satisfactory effect ,and signicantly better than the effect of single Chinese or western medicine.更多还原
