【摘要】 目的 :探讨甲状腺肿块的超声诊断及临床意义。方法 :回顾性分析我院65例甲状腺肿块的声像图特征 ,与病理对照。结果 :B超诊断65例甲状腺肿块与手术、病理符合率为95 38 % (62/65) ,超声诊断错误3例 ,占4 62 %。结论 :超声诊断甲状腺肿块有较高符合率 ,但某些声像图表现会给诊断带来困难而引起诊断错误 ,需注意鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics of thyroid masses and the clinical diagnostic value.Methods:The ultrasonogram characteristics in65cases of thyroid masses treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,which were compared with the pathological examination.Results:The conformity rate of B-ultrasonography in diagnosing65cases of thyroid masses was95.38%(62/65).compared with those of operation and pathology,3cases(4.62%)were misdiagnosed.Conclusion:Ultrasonography is an accurate and effective method in diagnosing thyroid masses,with higher conformity rate.However,some special ultrasonograms must be differentiated conscientiously,in that it can bring difficulty in the diagnosis of thyroid masses,even leading to wrong diagnosis.更多还原
