【摘要】 目的 :探讨食管切除术后并发症发生原因、诊断及防治方法。方法 :回顾分析298例食管、贲门癌食管切除术后患者的临床资料。结果 :术后并发症37例 (12 4 % )。其中主要并发症有吻合口瘘8例 (2 7 % ) ,肺部并发症12例 (4 0 % ) ,心血管并发症10例(3 4 % ) ,乳糜胸2例 (0 7 % ) ,其它并发症5例 (1 7 % )。结论 :食管、贲门癌食管切除术后胸内吻合口瘘是最严重的并发症 ,因此 ,加强围手术期治疗 ,重视精确的技术操作 ,早期诊断 ,正确处理并发症是减少病死率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the occurrence cause,diagnosis and prophylactico-therapeutic means of complication after esophagecto-my.Methods:The clinical data and results in298patients with cancer of esophagus and cardia treated by esophagectomy were analysed retro-spectively.The postoperative complication was37cases(12.4%),among them,anastomotic leakage was8cases(2.7%),pulmonary complication was12cases(4.0%),cardiovascular complication10cases(3.4%),chylopeura2cases(0.7%),the rest5cases(1.7%).Conclusion:The endothoracic anastomotic leakage in cancer of esophagus and cardia after esophagectomy is the most serious complication.Therefore,strengthening perioperative treatment,playing attention to technical manipulation,diagnosing early and managing complications accurately are the key to reduce the mortality.更多还原
