【摘要】 目的 :探讨肾上腺肿瘤的CT诊断与鉴别。方法 :收集有完整的CT资料并经病理证实的肾上腺肿瘤41例 ,分析其CT特征 ,这些特征包括肿瘤大小、边缘、形态、密度及强化表现。结果 :41例中 ,皮质腺瘤16例 ,密度低而均匀 ,强化轻 ;转移瘤11例 ,类圆形或不规则肿块 ,密度均匀或不均匀 ,强化明显 ;肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤10例 ,瘤体较大 ,平扫中密度常不均匀 ,增强扫描可见肿瘤实体明显变化 ;皮质腺癌3例 ,呈不规则或分叶状的肿块 ,密度不均匀 ;髓质脂肪瘤1例 ,双侧发生 ,低密度脂肪组织为其特征性表现。结论 :结合临床表现和生化检查 ,CT可对肾上腺肿瘤作出诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the CTdiagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal tumors.Methods:CTfindings of41cases with adrenal tumors proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed,focusing on the size,margin,morphology,density and enhanced pattern of the le-sions.Results:Of41cases,adenoma was seen16cases,lowand homogeneous density with slight enhancement.11cases had metastasis displaying as a round or irregular mass of homoor hetero-geneous density with heavy enhancement.Pheochromocytoma occurred in10cases and was marked by a mass of heterogeneous density on plain scans while showed marked enhancement on enhanced scans.Adenocaecinoma was seen in3cases and was manifested as irregular,lobulated mass of uneven density.Myelolipoma was in1case and presented as lowdensity area characteristic for fat contents.Conclusion:A combination of CTfindings with clinical and laboratory data,we can usually provide correct diagnosis.更多还原
