脑卒中患者早期康复的预后研究

【摘要】 目的 :探讨急性脑卒中患者早期康复治疗的重要性、安全性及其对预后的影响。方法 :120例发病1周内的急性脑卒中患者 ,随机分为早期康复组和对照组 ,每组60例。两组一般治疗相同 ,早期康复组由经过专业训练的治疗师给予系统的康复训练。采用临床功能缺损评分表、简式Fugl -Meyer运动评分 (FMA)和修订的巴氏指数 (MBI)定期对两组患者进行康复评价。结果 :临床神经功能缺损评分、FMA评分、MBI评价结果显示 ,治疗前两组评分差异无显著性 (P>0 05) ;治疗后 ,早期康复组评分明优于对照组(P<0 05)。结论 :早期康复可以防止和减轻废用综合征的产生 ,促进功能恢复 ,对患者预后有良好的影响。监测病情、康复方案个体化及康复训练循序渐进 ,可使脑卒中早期康复训练安全进行。

【Abstract】 Objective:TO prove the security and effects on the prognosis of patients after acute stroke during early rehabilitation.Methods:120patients whose length from stroke onset was within a week were randomly divided into early rehabilitation and control groups,each group consisted of60patients.All of themreceived routine treatment,further more,the early rehabilitation group was treated with systematic rehabilitation training by professinal physiotherapists.The two groups were assessed by the clinical neural function-defect assessment set,concise Fugl-Meyer assessed(FMA)and modified Barthel index(MBI).Results:The evaluation scores of the clinical neural function-defect assessment set,FMA,MBI demonstrted that there were no significant difference between two groups before tretment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the eraluation scores in the early rehabilitation group were obviously before than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early rehabilitation training could prevent and reduce the occurrence of the disuse syndrome,facilitate the function recovery and gain the good results on the prognosis of pa-tients.Monitoring of recovery status and individualized staged rehabilitation protocol may insure the security of patients during rehabilitation training.
