【摘要】 目的 :了解颅内环形强化病变的MRI表现 ,认识其影像学特点。方法 :回顾性分析51例头颅MRI上的环行强化病例 ,病例均经手术、病理证实。结果 :51例颅内环行强化病变中 ,胶质母细胞瘤20例 (39.2 % ) ,转移性肿瘤13例 (25.4 % ) ,脑脓肿11例(21.5 % ) ,听神经瘤3例 (5.8 % ) ,颅咽管瘤3例 (5.8 % ) ,脑膜瘤1例 (1.9 % )。肿瘤性环表现为厚壁 ,形态不规则 ,不光滑 ;而非肿瘤性环表现为形态规则、光滑 ,壁厚薄较为均匀。结论 :颅内环形强化病变的MRI表现形式 ,可为诊断提供重要依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and analysis the MRI characteristics of common intracranial ring enhanced lesions.Methods:MRI studies of51cases intracranial ring enhanced lesions were reviewed retrospectively,all cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results:51cases included20glioblastomas,13metastases,11brain abscesses,3acoustic neurinomas,3craniophrayngiomas,1meningmas.On the whole,the malignant tumors displayed obviously heterogeneous thickness of the walls,especially the inner walls were uneven and coarse.While the non-tumor lesions demonstrated homogeneous thickness of the walls,regular shapes and smooth inner walls.Conclusion:The patterns of the intracranial ring enhanced lesions on MRI can supply important diagnostic value.更多还原
