【摘要】 目的 :了解含山县部分在校中学生对严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)的了解状况 ,为今后开展SARS的防治提供资料 ,提高中学生对SARS的认识水平。方法 :采用分层整群抽样的方法 ,对5所中学的10个班级的300名同学通过自设问卷进行调查。结果 :综合认识率3.7 % ,但隔离认识率98.0 % ,支持率97.7 % ,87 9 %的学生认为它和乙肝一样是一种传染病 ,75 8 %的学生认同口罩的层数应为12～24层 ,93 0 %的人知道SARS的潜伏期是4～5天 ,对于SARS ,93 3 %的学生保持警惕 ,坚持预防为主 ,89 6 %的学生相信科学最终可以战胜。SARS的早期症状、传播途径、SARS前后的卫生习惯和现阶段如何预防SARS的调查评分显示 ,城市评分高于农村。结论 :对SARS的综合认识率较低且存在城市和农村差异 ,宣传教育工作有待加强 ,应科学的看待和预防SARS。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the understanding state of knowledge of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SRRS)in the partial students of middle school,so as to provide and information for further prevention and treatment and improve the cognitive level on SARS in the students of middle school.Methods:Adopting the methods of stratified sampling and cluster sampling,300students of10classes from5schools were surveied by questionnaire.Rusults:The rate of comprehensive knowledge was3.7%,but the rate of knowledge to isolated treatment was98%and the rate of support was97.7%.It was regarded as an infection disease as hepatitis B in87.8%of the students.75.8%of the students agreed that the mask should have12～24layers.93.0%of the students knewthat the incubation period of SARS was4～5days.93.3%of the students kept alert on SARS and adhered to put prevention first.89.6%of the students believed that science would control the disease at last.The result showed that the score of survey in city was higher than that in country on hygienic custom and knowledge of early symptom,route of transmission and preventive means of SARS.Conculusion:The comprehensive knowledge of SARS in the students of middle school was relatively poor,which was difference between city and county.The work of propaganda and enducation had yet to be strengthened,and we should treat and prevent SARS scientifically.更多还原
