【摘要】 目的 :观察选择性支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的临床疗效。方法 :对1997年～2003年 ,我院行选择性支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血28例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :25例咯血停止 ,3例复发 ,但咯血量减少 ,总有效率89 3%。结论 :选择性支气管动脉栓塞术治疗咯血 ,止血迅速 ,疗效满意 ,值得临床应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of seclective bronchial artery embolization to treat the massive hemoptysis.Methods:Clinical data of selective bronchial artery embolization treatment for28patients with massive hemoptysis between1997to2002in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In this group of cases,25cases stoped hempotysis,3cases relapsed,but the symptoms of hemoptysis mitigat-ed.The overall effective rate was89.3%.Conclusion:The result indicated that the selective bronchial artery embolization was rapid and satis-factory method for patient with massive hemoptysis.更多还原
