【摘要】 目的 :探讨自体血液回收技术在血液保护中的作用。方法 :运用ZITI—2000型血液回收机回收与回输自体血116例。监测术前、术中HR、MAP、SPO2、HB、Hct、plt的变化 ;测定红细胞悬液的Hct;记录每例回收血量、回输血量和异体输血率。结果 :(1)平均每例回收血3379ml,回输血液1235ml,异体输血率为25.8 %。(2)回输后HR、MAP、SPO2、HB、Hct显著上升 (P<0.01) ,plt无显著变化。(3)回输红细胞悬液Hct为0.41～0.49。结论 :自体血液回收技术是一种安全、可靠的血液保护技术 ,可大大节约血源和减少异体输血更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To inquire the values of intraoperative autologous callbacked blood transfusional technique in the blood conserva-tion.Methods:Blood salvage and autologous blood transfusion was done with ZITI Autologous Blood Recovery System in116cases.The varieties of HR,MAP,SpO 2 ,Hb,Hct,and Plt were observed at pre-operation and operation.The Hct of red cell suspension,the volumes of callbacked blood,the volumes of recovery blood and the rate of foreign blood infusion were recorded as well.Results:(1)The mean volume of callbacked blood and recovery blood were3379ml and1235ml respectively.The rate of foreign blood infusion was25.8%.(2)HR,MAP,SpO 2 ,Plt were stable and the Hb,Hct were increased(P<0.01)after blood retransfusion.(3)The Hct of retransfusional red cell suspension were varied from0.41to0.49.Conclusions:Intraoperational blood salvage and retransfusion technique is safe and reliable in blood conservation,which can sig-nificantly salvage the blood and reduce the use of foreign blood.更多还原
