【摘要】 目的 :探讨经外周静脉途径置管至中心静脉的导管 (PICC)穿刺预防长春瑞宾注射后的静脉反应。方法 :笔者在护士辅助的配合下 ,对35例肺癌病人开展经皮肘前深静脉置管术。结果 :应用PICC穿刺对长春瑞宾治疗的肺癌病人 ,仅2例发生静脉炎。结论 :应用PICC穿刺可预防长春瑞宾所致的静脉炎更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the peripheral insterteal central catheter(PICC ,namely the catheter was placed through the peripheral vein to the conter vein) puncture for preventing venous reaction caused by vinorelbine injection.Methods: Under the cooperation of paramedical nurse,the venous catheterization in 35 pati ents with lung cancer was performed by percutaneous cubital anterior deep vain p ath.Results:All the patients with lung cancer received vinorlbine injection by P ICC puncture,only two cases occurred phlebitis.Conclusion:Using the PICC punctur e can prevent phlebitis caused by vinorelbine.更多还原
