【摘要】 目的 :探讨高频超声对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法 :56例经高频超声诊断半月板损伤并通过手术或关节镜检查结果进行对比研究。结果 :高频超声诊断半月板损伤准确率为91 1 %。结论 :高频超声诊断半月板损伤具有及时性、无创性、经济性及可重复性的多重优点 ,可作为对半月板损伤的首选检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency sonography for the meniscus injury in knee joint.Methods:56 cases with meniscus injury in knee joint were diagnosed by high frequency sonography,in which 51 cases were proved by operation or arthroscophy.The results of two kinds of examination were compared.Results:The accurate rate of high frequency sonography diagnosis was 91.1%.Conclusion:The high frequency sonography is a seasonable,non-traumatic,economic and repetitive method in the diagnosis of meniscus injury in knee joint,and may be used as a first choice method on this disease.更多还原
