【摘要】 目的 :探讨交锁髓内钉在治疗股骨、胫骨骨折中的应用价值 ,为临床治疗股骨、胫骨骨折提供一种有效的手术方法。方法 :2000年2月～2003年2月应用交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗股骨、胫骨骨折58例。结果 :随访6个月～3年6个月 ,56例股骨、胫骨骨折顺利愈合 ,1例股骨中下段骨折及1例胫骨中上段骨折未遵嘱随访者骨不愈 ,后经植骨并结合交锁钉动力型固定骨折愈合。58例均无骨感染现象 ,患肢功能恢复良好。结论 :交锁髓内钉内固定术是治疗股骨、胫骨骨折的良好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the applied value of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of fracture of the femur and tibia,so as to provide an effective method for treating the fracture of femur and tibia.Methods:58 cases with the fracture of femur and tibia from Feb 2000 to Feb 2003 were treated by interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation.Results:Up to 42 months after treatment,there was non-union of bone in two cases with femoral middle-lower fracture or tibia middle-upper fracture respectively,then they were healed by bone grafting combined with interlocking nail dynamic fixation;the rest were smoothly healed.There was no bone infection in 58 cases.The functional recovery in the affected site was good.Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation is a good method for treating the fracture of femur and tibia.更多还原
