【摘要】 目的 :研制益气饮口服液 ,观察该口服液对糖尿病肾病的效果。方法 :采用蒸馏水及水煮的制备工艺 ,建立该口服液的质量控制方法 ,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服本品。结果 :处方配伍及制剂过程合理 ,治疗糖尿病肾病32例 ,总有效率为71 9 %,明显高于对照组 (P<0 01)。结论 :益气饮口服液制备工艺可行 ,临床效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare the yiqiyin oral liquid and observe its effect for treating typeⅡdiabetes mellitus.Methods:To establish a quality control method of the oral liquid and take this oral liquid on the foundation of routine treatment in treatment group.Results:Compatibility of prescription and preparation course are reasonable.Thirty-two patients with typeⅡdiabetes mellitus have been treated and the effective rate is71.9%,which is obviously better than that in the control group.Conclusion:The preparation technology of this oral liquid is workable and its clinical effect is favourable.更多还原
